got mold? is British Columbia bound?

Michael E. Gerber and Charles Dumont

Michael E. Gerber and got mold? Marketing Director, Charles Dumont.

Charles here, got mold? Director of Marketing, reporting to you from the Calgary International Airport. I’m on my way back to Saskatoon fresh from a very successful Vancouver trip, representing got mold? as the sole sponsor of the Origination Dreaming Room Series introduction.

Once I touched down in the rainy city, I hopped into my rental car and it was off to the Four Seasons Hotel where I was greeted by Gary Bizzo (business startup coach) and Vera Unwin (VivaVera) of www.inthedreamingroomvancouver.com.  I hadn’t seen Gary and Vera since my trip to Carlsbad, California with got mold? President James C Watson where we attended Michael E. Gerber’s final Dreaming Room as a facilitator.

After catching up over drinks in the lounge, we met up with the godfather of small business himself – Michael E. Gerber and his wife Luz Delia Gerber and headed to the Coast Restaurant for some serious seafood!  After more catching up and discussion of the events for the following day, we made our way back to the hotel to get some sleep.

I spent the morning of Friday the 28th perfecting my speech, presentation of the got mold? franchise opportunity and introduction of Michael E. Gerber. got mold? was there as the only sponsor of the event which gave us the spotlight and opportunity to attract some serious talent to join the got mold? family.  Seated with me at the VIP table was Michael Gerber and his wife, Gary Bizzo and his wife, BNI Canada CEO Don Morgan and his wife Nancy as well as Ian Scott, also from BNI Canada.

I presented my speech to a crowd of 200 entrepreneurs, introduced Michael E. Gerber and immediately following the event, was bombarded with inquiries about our franchise opportunity…yes!  I networked with some very interesting people and it continued on when we were invited back to Don Morgan’s condo overlooking Vancouver harbour.  I met more members of the BNI Network and a couple were quite interested in assisting in our cause to bring got mold? franchises to the rest of Canada.  Let’s just say that I have quite a bit of following up to do once I get back to the office!

All in all this trip was a success and will surely bring some good to our company!

It can only go up from here!
