Let’s Talk About Mold: Please Share Your Story!

One of the goals of Got Mold? is to create awareness and education about mold.

Why are we so passionate? Why is this so important to us?

Our founder, James C. Watson, has made mold education and eradication his life’s mission because he was hospitalized for 3 days after getting exposed to toxic mold.

I also suspect that mold is the reason I was constantly sick from June, 2007 to June 2010. In 2007 my family moved from Saskatoon, SK to Kingston, ON. We moved into a building and for the 36 months we lived there, I suffered from constant respiratory illnesses. I had more than 6 bouts of pneumonia and bronchitis, several eye infections, and constantly felt tired and sick. I never suspected mold, nor did my doctor. It was only after I started working with Got Mold? and started educating myself that I realized that mold was probably the cause. Since moving, my health has improved dramatically and I supplement with vitamin D to boost my immune system.
