Got Mold? Accepted to the Canadian Franchise Association
“The Canadian Franchise Association is the national voice of franchising in Canada and works with all levels of government to develop industry-made solutions. CFA promotes excellence in franchising and educates Canadians about franchising, specific franchise opportunities and proper due diligence through its many events, programs and publications.“
On Friday, February 10th, Got Mold? received notification from the CFA that we had been accepted as a member. We join an elite group of 400 Franchisors in Canada who agree to abide by the CFA Code of Ethics. The CFA’s vision is to be the recognized voice of franchising in Canada.
Our application for membership was subject to approval by the membership committee and required us to submit all relevant information about Got Mold?‘s business including our franchisee application form, disclosure document, franchisee agreement, financials, and all relevant marketing materials.
Our road to franchising the Got Mold? business began with our founder, James C. Watson’s dream in 2010 at the Dreaming Room.
As stated by Watson:
“Once launched we will continue to grow into the most successful mold removal franchise in the world and perform in a world class manner….I envision hundreds and hundreds of franchises operating throughout the world running simultaneously in harmony with each other.“
Watson and I have been working on this project since early August, 2011.
