PLR Expo Wrap Up
From Sept 23rd to 25th our President, James C. Watson and I attended the PLR Expo.
We had two key objectives:
1. Network with other like-minded individuals in our industry.
2. Gain knowledge.
The PLR Expo delivered.
Our goals were met.
The Expo had a great mix of educational seminars and networking opportunities.
It all started with the evening reception on Monday night. This was an opportunity to meet some of the vendors and fellow attendees.
The next day was kicked off by a fantastic presentation by Donald Cooper, followed by some break out sessions and other networking opportunities. To cap off the day there was an evening event of drinks, food, fun, and plenty of laughs at the Drake networking event.
The final day, James and I attended some exceptional presentations on time management, managing large commercial projects, and the final presentation on building a strong team and business by David McLean.
We look forward to the next PLR Expo and highly recommend this event to everyone in our industry.
The disaster restoration business presents challenges.
The end goal ultimately is to help our customers have better lives.
It is in the best interests of everyone in our industry to attend these events and commit to serving our clients with honor and integrity.
We are very grateful to the organizers-Anthony Martin, Kevin Dooley, Dan Murray, and Bill Graham-for holding this event.
