Supervisor/ Job Site Foreman

Position Overview: The role of Supervisor/ Job Site Foreman is to manage project operations on a daily basis. This includes communicating and coordinating daily project goals with team members. The Supervisor/ Job Site Foreman will ensure delivery on project goals while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assists Project Manager in planning, executing, monitoring and reviewing project
  • Communicates daily project objectives and goals to Team Members
  • Prepare, organize, and track all equipment, supplies, paperwork and vehicles required for each project, in a timely manner
  • Ensure safe working environment by conducting daily safety inspection of tools, equipment and possible job site hazards
  • Facilitates safety of Team Members and ensure equipment and tools on project site are secure
  • Confirm all project/ health and safety paperwork is completed on a daily basis.
  • Assist the Project Manager in evaluation of Team Members Position Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

  • Certification in Water Restoration, Fire Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, First Aid, Customer Service and Construction is mandatory.
  • Valid Drivers License

Knowledge & Experience

  • 2 – 5 years direct work experience in a leadership role
  • Demonstrates on-the-job experience in mold, asbestos and water remediation
  • Experience & skills in inspection of potential presence of mold and asbestos is an asset

Personal Attributes:

  • Experience working both independently and in a team is essential.
  • Ability to supervise team members and manage cost efficient project is a must
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Work Conditions:

Qualifications and Skills
